soJin Chun is a Toronto-based educator, artist and curator committed to social justice, telling stories that emerge in-between cultures in contemporary times. Influenced by her experience living in the Korean diaspora in Bolivia and Canada, Chun combines art and community to decolonize the process of image-making. Through these International opportunities, she has developed a collaborative art practice to investigate local narratives of political struggles from communities fighting to overcome the effects of colonization and globalization. Her video works are represented by GIV (Montreal), CFMDC (Toronto) and V-Tape (Toronto).
