Please join us for the launch of a new book by Alexander García Düttmann, So What, or How to Make Films with Words (Northwestern University Press, 2023). This is also the inaugural publication in a book series edited by Professor Brian Price for Northwestern University Press, Superimpositions: Philosophy and the Moving Image. To celebrate the release of the book and the series, the Cinema Studies Institute, along with the Department of Visual Studies (UTM), will host a conversation on film and philosophy with Alexander García Düttmann and Brian Price from 6-7:30.
