DVS Professor Dr. Ruba Kana’an participating in upcoming Always Symposium on Sacred Book and Sacred Page (March 19-20)

Dr. Ruba Kana’an will be presenting work at the upcoming Always Symposium on Sacred Book and Sacred Page. Their paper, titled “Transmediality and Visual Culture in Thirteenth-Century Mosul: Painted Manuscripts and their Multiple Manifestations” will address Mosul looking manuscripts, glass, and other materials including metalwork and will be delivered on Monday March 20^th.
