This session will focus on the role of the Dean’s Rep, and includes useful information for Chairs and Directors who are new at running searches.
We strongly recommend that you attend this workshop.
In preparation for this workshop, please complete the Unconscious Bias Education Modules offered by the Toronto Initiative for Diversity & Excellence (TIDE). For those who have previously completed training, we recommend refreshing your knowledge by completing the TIDE online modules.
