Professor Scott Prosser endowed as the new AstraZeneca Chair in Biotechnology

Professor Scott Prosser has been endowed as the new AstraZeneca Chair in Biotechnology. The selection committee was impressed with his distinguished record of research and according to the VP Research, he was unanimously chosen. The AstraZeneca Chair position was established in 1998 to improve health for Canadians through education and research and was last held by former Vice-President and Principal, UTM, Professor Ulrich Krull.
