What's open on the UTM campus?

Buildings and services on the UTM campus are open on a limited basis. Please visit the linked websites for the most up-to-date information.
The RAWC entrance in the Davis Building will remain open from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday, and 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Fridays.
Access to the Davis building outside of these hours will only be available through the main entrance to the William G. Davis Building on Inner Circle Road. Entry must be pre-authorized and will require you to use your Tcard or security fob on the door’s controller.
If you encounter problems entering through the main door at Davis, or otherwise need assistance, please contact Campus Police at 905-828-5200.
Hospitality & Retail Services
For information about about food services, meal plans, Print Shop and mail services, please contact the Hosptiality & Retail services team by email, phone or social media. Contact information is available on the Hospitality & Retail Services website.
Information & Instructional Technology
Student walk-up support is available at the UTM Service Desk in the CCT Atrium.
In-person hours at the Service Desk and HSC 175 is available Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Remote support is available from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Office of the Registrar
The front desk is currently closed for in-person inquiries. For remote assistance, please visit the Office of the Registrar website where you will find hours of operation, phone and social media contacts and access the new online AskRegistrar service.
The UTM Library has re-opened its main floor to the U of T community. Users must plan ahead to reserve study spaces, computer workstations, and printers; access to the other floors and to the Library stacks is currently unavailable.

Students who need to be physically present on campus will have access to safe and quiet study spaces between in-person classes. In line with public health and U of T safety guidelines, UTM has adapted both library operations and its study areas to provide students with a place where they can feel secure and focus on their studies.
- The main floor of the library offers 50 physically distanced individual study spaces, and access to printers and wi-fi, available by reservation only. Reserve a study space here.
There are also designated study spaces outside the library. Some unused classrooms have been converted into spaces for quiet and safe study. Students or faculty who are on campus and require quiet study space immediately before, after or between in-person on-campus classes can access the following monitored, designated classrooms:
- DV 2074 (undergraduate), Monday to Friday, 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- IB 335 (graduate), Monday to Friday, 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- DV 1142 (all students):
- Monday to Friday, 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- *Extended Reading Week Hours for Oct. 8 to Oct 16: Monday to Friday, 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Capacity limits are in place, users will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms and must sign-in, and masking and physical distancing protocols must be followed.
Student Services Info Desk
The Student Affairs Info Desk is here to help with information about services and support on campus, and tips on how to engage with other students and UTM community. Bring your questions to the Starbucks patio (between IB and HMALC). Inclement weather, the Info Desk team may be found at DV2077.
- Monday to Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
