CC400 is a 4-day intensive program for 4th year students, graduating students, and recent graduates (up to 2 years after graduation). This 4-days is an investment into simplifying your job search strategy through clarifying your vision, developing a career and job search plan, practicing with your new learning community, and affirming your career decisions based on your personal goals and needs. You will renew your confidence and leave with new skills, meaningful connections, and a supportive community to help guide your career journey.

4th year students (15 credits or more, graduating students, and recent graduates from any University of Toronto undergraduate or graduate program.

- What’s next after I finish completing the program?
There are plenty of opportunities for you to continue receiving support from the Career Centre team. Within your career plan, you get to reflect and decide how you would like to move forward. Whether it is with employment coaching to continue building your job search strategy, developing a career plan to fulfill a future academic goal, or connecting with a peer or alumni, the career centre team will support you.
- If I can’t attend, when will this program be offered next?
This is our first year launching the program. This program will be offered in June or July annually. We also offer CC100: Career & Work Readiness Program during Fall Winter.
- When does the program start?
The first day is Monday, June 22 and will continue for four days. The last day will be Thursday, June 25, 2026.
- I would like to register but I don't have a resume?
It is ok if you don't have a resume. Please visit our Resume & Cover Letter Resources page to prepare one for submission. You can also utilize the UTM Career Centre resume builder provided. However, if you have a resume but it is not up to date, that is ok. Submit and we can work with you to make your resume stronger.
- What is the commitment to this program?
This is a very intensive, highly interactive program with a lot of information condensed to be delivered in four days. You should plan to dedicate approximately 8 to 9 hours daily to fully engage and get most of the experience. We recognize that this level of engagement can be demanding. Scheduled breaks are built into the program, and a quiet room will be available to allow participants who may need tostep away to rest, reset, and manage stress in a supportive environment.
- I am in my 3rd year and would like to attend. Can I register for this program?
Currently, CC400 is intended specifically for graduating students and recent graduates who are navigating the transition from graduation to employment. To be eligible, students must have completed at least 15.0 credits or graduated within the past two years.
We recognize that this transition period comes with unique career development needs, and the program has been designed to support participants at that stage of their journey.
