Learn about a variety of job options out there for grad students, discuss how different jobs and industries impact lifestyle, learn how to find postings and identify next steps in preparing for your job search.

Session 2 – Focus on Skills! 
Date: Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2016 
Location: Grad Lounge DV2068B 
Time: 9–11 a.m. (Go to Nov. 23 on the calendar to register)
This workshop will help you identify the transferable skills that you have, and learn how to effectively express those to potential employers through accomplishment based statements that can be used in resumes and cover letters;  also briefly review resumes, cover letters and CVs. We will be giving some generalized feedback on resumes. Please email your resume by Nov. 18 to anne.gaiger@utoronto.ca.
