The University of Toronto Mississauga is thrilled to welcome organizations to our annual Graduate & Professional Schools Fair, taking place in September 2026. This is an opportunity to connect with motivated students and showcase your institution's program offerings. Students and recent grads come prepared with questions in this fast-paced and high-volume event.
Fair Date: Tuesday, September 29, 2026
Exhibitor Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.*
Location: RAWC (Recreation, Athletics and Wellness Centre), University of Toronto Mississauga Campus, 3359 Mississauga Rd, Mississauga, ON L5L 1C6
Fee: $500 + HST per Exhibitor
University of Toronto faculties, divisions, and affiliated schools are eligible for a discounted registration rate. Contact erm.utm@utoronto.ca for more details.
*The Fair will be open from 10:00-10:30 a.m. for students and recent alumni who would benefit from a quieter, less crowded environment or who experience barriers that may impact participation in large networking events. This may include, but is not limited to, students with disabilities, neurodivergent students, Indigenous students, Black students, students who identify as 2SLGBTQ+, and others who feel early access would support their participation.
Applications for the 2026 Graduate and Professional Schools Fair are now closed. Any organizations submitting an application at this time will be placed on a waitlist. Should space become available, waitlisted organizations will be contacted.

Please note: Filling out this form does not mean you are registered for the event. It allows us to collect the relevant information from interested institutions. We will follow up with you individually to share fair details and confirm next steps for moving forward as one of our Exhibitors at the fair.
Engage with 800-1000 motivated students and recent grads from 90 areas of study including Arts, Business, Humanities, Health and Life Sciences.
Promote opportunities to a vibrant student and recent graduate community - each Exhibitor booth engages with hundreds of prospective students.
