Stand out to our top talent by building and maintaining a strong presence on campus. Contributing to the career education of students improves your brand awareness and makes your organization more attractive to potential candidates.
Connect with equity-deserving students, promote your employer brand and diversity initiatives, and increase your talent pool by networking with future candidates. Our Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Breakfast is an exclusive opportunity for up to 10 employers that have diversity and inclusiveness programs and resources to support their staff.
There is also an opportunity for one of the participating employers to become a recognized event sponsor.
The event is open to employers from all sectors and industries and takes place on campus in late October. For more details and registration, visit the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Breakfast page.
LinkedIn Photo Day

Career Centre Networking Series
Throughout the academic year, we hold a series of events with U of T alumni that are educational in nature. Having a member of your staff participate to offer insight into their career and industry, give advice, and inspire our students is an effective way to improve your brand awareness and inspire students to apply to your organization.
Past themes include technology, communications and marketing, government, math and computer science, non-profit, HR, geography and environment, applied health care, accounting, economics, earth sciences, and more.
Job Shadow Program
Play an active role in educating students about your industry and workplace by having a member of your staff participate in our Job Shadow Program. This experiential learning opportunity helps students in their academic decision-making and career planning by connecting them with professionals and allowing them to explore various career fields.
UTM has over 140 recognized student clubs and academic societies. Connecting with them can be an excellent way to promote your organization.
