In her role as the Learning and Development Consultant at ErinoakKids Centre for Treatment and Development, Hazlon creates specialized resources that administrative, clinical and corporate employees need to stay current on best practices within their fields and offer optimal supports to clients and families.
Her vision for Learning and Development at Ontario's largest Children's Treatment is a full continuum of learning opportunities for staff in order to optimize the health outcomes of the children, youth and families they serve. The continuum includes innovative and interdisciplinary training that meets professional development needs right across the organization.
