Prof. Bailey McMeans co-recipient of the prestigious UTM Annual Research Prize in the Sciences 2021

The UTM Office of the Vice-Principal, Research (OVPR) announced the 2021 UTM Annual Research Prizes, which recognizes outstanding contributions of early career researchers and scholars in the Humanities, Sciences, and Social Sciences.

This year, the prize was awarded to two of our scholars whose nomination packages were equally impressive to the adjudication committee.

Professor Bailey McMeans from the Department of Biology was selected as a co-recipient of this prize for her outstanding contributions to ecology through studies of the responses of aquatic animals to changing environmental conditions.
