Virtual Yoga

Join our Intro to Yoga program and learn the foundational movements. Participants will learn the yoga postures, breath work and meditation skills to start a personal practice and continue to participate in our virtual group fitness program.

This 4-week program offers 2 weekly sessions. Sessions times are Mondays 12:30-1pm and Fridays 9-10am, beginning Fri. June 12, 2020.

Note this program is available to all UofT summer incidental fee paying students at no additional cost. For all others, this program is included as a part of the UTM Virtual Summer Membership.
