We are offering many yoga instructional classes this semester for all experience levels. Some equipment is required (can be replaced with household items). 

De-stress Yoga

June 15, 2021 from 1-2pm EDT 

De- Stress Yoga

Join us for our Yoga De-Stress Jam workshop to help increase your focus and better manage stress.  Learn a variety of yoga techniques including mantas, mudras & relaxation techniques.  We bet you will leave this class feeling energized!  

*Open to all UTM students registered in Spring 2021 courses
