Introduction to Inversions (Part 2)- 1 session
Get upside down with our Intro to Inversions - Part 2 workshop. Learn the basics of building an inversion practice and how to safely get started. Having a strong core and foundational yoga practice are required elements of an inversion practice.
*Pre-requisite: Intro to Yoga or Intro to Inversions, Part 1 or some prior inversion experience.

Yoga De-stress Jam- 1 session
Join us for our Yoga De-Stress Jam workshop to help increase your focus and better manage stress. Learn a variety of yoga techniques including mantas, mudras and relaxations techniques. We bet you will leave this class feeling energized!
