Let’s RunUTM!  Get moving and stay connected by joining our RunUTM virtual community, available to all incidental fee-paying students! We will be utilizing the poplar activity app STRAVA to record your runs, keep you motivated, and help build a sense of community and peer support amongst our running group. 

This program is for everyone, whether you are new to running and looking to get started or preparing for your next marathon. Weekly workouts and training resources will be shared to help you achieve your running goal.

Upon registration, you will receive an invitation to join our private RunUTM Stava club.  You will also be sent a link to a quick questionnaire, to share your running goals and help us shape the programming to our running group needs. Participants will receive ongoing support and encouragement from our team of Fitness Specialists.

Individual Coaching: Need some additional support or not attend the group check-ins? Individual coaching and personal support are also available.
