Move UTM Consultations   Personal Training

Beginning first with a 30-minute #MoveUTM Consult, Our trainers will help you Define your Goals, Optimize your Space, and Explore our Virtual Summer Programming to find the right fit for you while training from home. 

After the consultation, you can register for 3x30 Personal Training sessions with a UTM Fitness Specialist. Sessions are designed to support you in achieving your fitness goals by developing at home programs tailored specifically for YOU!  Our team will coach you via Zoom through each of your exercises so you can perform them safely and effectively, helping you stay motivated and on track. Sessions may include a virtual assessment, movement screening, or additional personal consultations.
