Outdoor Personal Training

Personal Training in the Great Outdoors!

Get active and reconnect (in person!) through our outdoor Personal Training services on UTM's North Field.  Delivered by our Certified Personal Trainers, programming will be tailored to you and your personal fitness goals. Sessions are 45 minutes long including a short warm-up prior to getting into your workout.

Training sessions are offered on Mondays & Fridays. Try 1-on-1 or invite a friend and share your trainer! Want a friend to join you?  Have them register for the Buddy Training offered below!  Not only will it be more fun, but you’ll be more motivated and accountable to each other.

Personal Training

Personal Training (1-on-1):  These outdoor training sessions are tailored specifically to YOU!  Focus on strength, endurance, cardio, sports conditioning, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), weight management, Yoga, Pilates…the choice is yours!  Your first session will include a short consult prior to getting started.

Buddy Training

Buddy Training! (2-on-1):  Join another student and share a trainer in 2-on-1 outdoor fitness sessions. 


Find a Buddy:  Interested in the Buddy Training but don’t have a friend to train with?  No Problem, we will help you Find a Buddy. We'll partner you up with another student looking to meet someone new and exercise with a buddy!
