Athlete Development Workshops

The Athlete Development Workshop Series is open to all UTM students, particularly to students that identify as athletes.  Participants in the Athlete Development program gain hands-on skills that enhance their academic performance and personal growth as they balance being both a student and an athlete.Students who attend 3 or more workshops can earn CCR validation.

Picking Yourself Up After a Loss

Description: Whether it's a bad mark or athletic loss, having grit is what makes the difference between someone who gives up and someone who gets back up and moves forward with passion. During this workshop, you will learn to build your grit and enhance your ability to overcome difficulties!
