Sama - RAWC Personal Trainer

Sama is a student completing her undgraduate degree in Biology.  She comes from an active background of dance and outdoor activities.  Growing up she took ballet, modern dance and went on weekly hikes and climing trips and engaged in HIIT and bootcamp style workouts.  Sama aims to merge scientific discipline and an active lifestyle to ensure that her clients workout effieciently and safely.  Sama believes in pushing and challenging her clients in every training session in order to help them achieve their fitness goals.
