Join us back on campus this summer with our Fitness on the Fields outdoor fitness classes!  Registration opens on June 14th with classes offered June 18th through Aug 20th.  Registration is required for each class you would like to attend. See below for classes currently being offered.

North Field

Challenge yourself and get ready for a top to bottom workout while enjoying the great outdoors! In this class, we will incorporate various types’ bodyweight movements to help build our endurance and muscular strength.

All fitness levels are welcome.

North Field

Join us on the North Field for this High-Intensity Interval Training class (H.I.I.T.) This total body program will get your heart and metabolism racing with explosive and plyometric movements. 

All fitness levels are welcome.

Open to all registered & non-registered UTM students. Registration fee for non-registered UTM students.
