Online Group Fitness

Stay active with your favourite RAWC classes and instructors from the comfort of your home! From Yoga to Bootcamp, UTM Athletics offers a wide variety of classes for all members to participate. Find what class type works for you and move with us!

UTM's Online Group Fitness classes are streamed live from Zoom and requires registration to join. 9 classes are taught each week for 30-minutes, either at 12pm or 4:30pm, and are led by UTM Fitness Specialists. Please read below for details on How to Register.

The Online Group Fitness classes are available to all UofT summer incidental fee paying students at no additional cost, as well as those with a UTM Virtual Summer Membership.

HOW TO REGISTER

Complete the following steps to register for the Online Group Fitness schedule:

  • Visit recreation.utoronto.ca and login with utorID and password
     
  • Search and register for Online Group Fitness - UTM under Online Programs
     
  • Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with a Zoom meeting link and password to access the group fitness classes
    • Please note that you will need to download the Zoom software and set-up an account to access the classes live

FREE COMMUNITY CLASSES

To continue staying connected with our community, we will be uploading one FREE community class to our @UTMAthletics YouTube channel per week. These classes will rotate and will provide a preview of the different style classes offered in our Online Group Fitness schedule. Be sure to subscribe!
