Restorative Yoga

A slower, gentler style of yoga that uses props to support poses for longer periods of time, allowing the body to move into deep relaxation

Tuesdays 12:10 - 1:00pm

Power Yoga

A workout that offers strength, flexibility and mental focus.

Pump up your heart by moving through active and passive postures in a fluid and faster pace than traditional Hatha style yoga.

Sundays 7:00 - 8:00 pm

Mondays 6:30 - 7:30pm

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is a generic term that refers to any type of yoga that teaches physical postures. This means in this class that you will get an introduction to basic yoga postures. You probably won't work up as much of a sweat in as a power yoga class but you should end up leaving class feeling longer, looser, and more relaxed.

 Yoga for Athletes

A yoga program designed for athletes in all disciplines of sport and activity. These yoga sessions will focus on areas of flexibility, strength and recovery that will be ideal for any athlete and add a competitive edge to their performance.
