Rachel Alt - RAWC Personal Trainer 

Rachel, as a university student herself, understands the challenges that arise with balancing working out, academics, and a job. Rachel has experience playing in a variety of sports teams, including hockey, cross country running, badminton, swimming, and ultimate. As a trainer, Rachel’s goal is to increase a client’s confidence in and outside the gym, and create a plan that brings the client closer to and able to reach their personal goals, while making it an enjoyable experience.
