Luke - RAWC Personal Trainer

Luke is fluent in both Mandarin and English. His goal as a trainer is to encourage everyone to have a healthy body, mind and lifestyle. With an athletic background in strength training, Luke has an in-depth knowledge of strength and conditioning from his mentor and his own experience. He is also a gym enthusiast and has been into fitness for more than four years. He varies his approach to apply different styles and methods of training to achieve his clients specific goals in the most efficient way possible.
