Kristy Mlakar - RAWC Personal Trainer

Kristy has a rich background in sports, and played soccer for the McMaster University Women's Varsity team. Through this experience, Kristy gained a lot of exposure to high-level strength and conditioning. Her current training focuses on Olympic Weightlifting. Her primary area of interest lies in strength training - both to build a strong, balanced body, and to lose fat through resistance-training circuits.
