Yoga Classes

Yoga Instruction

As of January 7, 2019, all yoga classes are part of the drop in fitness schedule and there is no cost to attend for valid students, staff and members.

Non members will be required to purchase a day pass to attend any of the classes.  Please visit the Membership Services desk for day pass options.


Restorative Yoga

A gentle, passive stretch that allows a balance between mind, body and breath including guided breathing and relaxation.  Postures are held up to 10 minutes each, allowing a deeper level of relaxation and flexibility.  Leave feeling relaxed focused and rejuvenated.

Thursdays: 12:10 PM - 1:00 PM (starts January 10, 2019)

Tuesdays: 12:10 PM - 1:00 PM (not currently offered)


Power Yoga

A workout that offers strength, flexibility and mental focus (based on Ashtanga/Vinyasa style yoga).  Pump up your heart by moving through active and passive postures in a fluid and faster pace than traditional Hatha style yoga.  Sequencing and class pace varies by instructor.

Mondays: 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM


Hatha Yoga

Relax your mind and tone your body.  Building strength, flexibility and body awareness, this progressive class will teach you the basic yoga postures and relaxation exercises.

Wednesdays: 5:10 PM - 6:00 PM (not currently offered)
