    First Walk: October 16thFall Colours & Mindfulness – A Walking Meditation Led by Cristina Domingues

    Join in our inaugural Wellness Routes walk by celebrating nature’s highlight of the fall season where we admire a number of tree species and the astonishing changing their leaves colours. Walking can be a way to incorporate mindfulness and meditation techniques.  Participants will be encouraged to become present through stepping, breathing and connecting with their senses. Meet at the RAWC Entrance - Rain or shine, dress for the weather. More Info here...

    Indoor Cycling in the fitness studio with Howard Wednesday, October 3rd 7:00-8:00 am.
