Stephanie believes in living a healthy and balanced lifestyle.  Ensuring each client enjoys their training experience while meeting their fitness goals is Stephanie's main objective.  She has grown up playing rep hockey since she was 6 and also played soccer and field hockey for numerous years.  This has led to a heavier focus on cardiovascular training and muscular conditioning when working with her clients.
