Raphael- RAWC Personal Trainer

Raphael began his fitness journey 3 years ago after undergoing a knee accident resulting in him not being able to walk for over 6 months.  After surgery Raphael lost over 50 pounds and began seriously training at the gym in an effort to build muscle mass, lose weight and recover from his accident.  Ever since his accident, Raphael has been addicted to the fitness lifestyle and hopes to share it with everyone he has the chance of working with.  From powerlifting to bodybuilding style of training, Raphael enjoys learning, teaching and practices different styles of training to positively engage his clients.  He enjoys and played American football for over 5  years and was previously recruited to play for the Varsity U of  T football team.  Raphael is currently student of Criminology and Political Science.
