Personal Training Rates

Our personal training services are broken down into three options:

  1. One hour - Our most popular option! Allows time for a complete workout 
  2. Thirty minute - Don't have time to fit in a full hour?  This is the perfect option for you.
  3. Small group training - Share your trainer for session savings and benefit from the support of a group (minimum 2 people required)

Below are the rates/ prices for the 1 hour and 30-minute personal training options. For rates for the small group training option, please email rawcfitness@utoronto.ca.
