UTM Powerlifting
Think you're strong?  Learn and develop maximum levels of strength through three traditional powerlifting movements including the squat, deadlift and bench press.  UTM Powerlifting, and extension of our Olympic Weightlifting program, is registered by the Ontario Powerlifting Association and is open to all levels of experience.
