UTM Runs: Community
Looking for a fun and social way to stay active while connecting with the UTM community? Our group runs offer the perfect opportunity to meet new friends, explore campus, and crush your fitness goals—together!
All runs will happen outdoors, around the UTM campus, Erindale Park and surrounding neighbourhood.
All participants will meet in the RAWC lobby for dynamic stretches and warm up. Participants have the option to run together in groups based on paces or on their own.
Participants who regularly attend our weekly runs will receive a prize pack at the end of the month.

UTM Runs: A Run for Staff, Faculty, and Librarians
Connect with your colleagues and enjoy the beauty of our campus and surrounding green spaces! Open to all staff, faculty, and librarians, no membership required.

UTM Runs: Couch to 5k - Mississauga Marathon
This program is open to all students, staff, and faculty with an active RAWC membership, regardless of experience level! This is a structured 8-week program with educational resources and themes. Whether you're aiming to complete your first 5k or just want to enjoy a fun, social run, this program provides a supportive and encouraging environment to help you reach your goals.
