Need a little extra encouragement or help to get started? Consider what a personal trainer could do for you to help you achieve your goals.

Group Fitness

Group Fitness is FREE for current student members and is included in any of our community memberships, so be sure to take advantage of this great program. Classes include: Aquafit, Cardio Sculpt, Women's Only Boot Camp, Pilatesfit, Indoor Cycling, Yogilates, Zumba and more!  Also you can check out some of our fusion classes combining two types of training in one class.

Olympic Weightlifting & Sports Specific Training

Unlike bodybuilding, Olympic Style Weight lifting develops functional strength and an athletic physique. This style of training is widely used by many of today's best athletes not only to build explosive strength but also speed and coordination.
