UTM Forensic Camp

Explore the fascinating world of Forensic Sciences and discover there is more than meets the eye in crime scene investigation! Dust for fingerprints, collect and analyze clues and see science through the eyes of a Forensic Investigator and Forensic Scientist. Learn how they use the tools of modern science to solve crimes. Forensics I (Level 1)

Ages 9-11 years

This camp will provide participants with an introduction to the world of forensic sciences by providing a unique combination of fun, hands-on activities and role-play with comprehensive science investigation. There will also be the opportunity to explore the physical part of being a police/forensic officer. Several workouts and types of training will be done in each session. Campers will also be able to swim daily.

Camp hours: 9 am - 4 pm

Session I July 2-5*
Session 2 July 8-12
Session 3 August 6-9*
   

Camp Fee

$395  for the one-week session or $380 for the holiday week includes lunch, all materials and a Camp U of T-shirt.

Please note: Both sessions are the same material and activities. Please do not register for back to back sessions it is the same course material.

 

Forensics II (Level 2)

Ages 10-13 years

Forensics II will take the skills you learned in Forensics I and expand upon them. Through practical exercises, you will hone your skills as a Forensic Detective and solve more complex crimes. There will be continued physical skill development, along with daily swimming.

Camp hours: 9 am - 4 pm

$395 includes lunch, all materials and a Camp U of T-shirt.

Please note: Both sessions are the same materials and activities. Please do not register for more than one week of level II it is the same course material.
