Senior Leadership Program

This program builds upon the skills learned in the Leadership I program and is therefore a recommended (not required) pre-requisite. This two-week program is packed with activities, including a four day overnight trip to an outdoor educational centre in the Haliburton area, more extensive observation and teaching experiences in Sports Camp, team building activities as well as some resume and interview skill workshops.

There are two Senior Leadership session offered this summer. Registrations will require a one page description of the candidate's experiences with and their interpretation of leadership. This description must be received by the camp office at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the session.

  • Four Day Overnight Trip dates (Week 5, July 31 - August 3) or (Week 7, August 14 - 17)*

*Four Day Trip includes:

  • Canoeing
  • Mountain-biking
  • Outdoor rock climbing
  • Team-building activities completed with trained outdoor education staff.
  • Accommodations are in cabins and all meals are provided.

Please Note: CPR certification is a recommended prerequisite.

Due to the age of the campers in this section (14-16) parents and/or guardians may choose to personally hand the instructors a signed note allowing their child to sign themselves out at the end of the day.

Camp hours: 9 am - 4 pm

There are 2 sessions available this year!
Weeks 5 & 6 **     July 30 - August 10 (M-F)
Weeks 7 & 8      August 13 - 24 (M-F)

Camp Fee

The camp fee is : $725 for the two week session or $700** for the holiday week

There is no camp Monday August 6th, 2018.
