Child Swim Lessons
UTM uses the Red Cross Swim Program and offers child lessons for all ages. Please select below for which option suits your needs:
If you have already taken lessons before using another program, see the conversion chart below at the bottom of this page, or contact the Pool Office to set up an initial assessment for your child on Sunday's during the fun swim.
How to Register
Child Swim Lesson registration is completed online at recreation.utoronto.ca. Please note that no registrations will be completed at the membership services desk. If a class is full, we encourage you to register for the waitlist. If there is sufficient demand, additional programming will be evaluated. For more efficient registration, we strongly encourage you to create your account and add your dependents ahead of registration day.

Online registration is by credit card only (American Express, Mastercard or Visa). Students, staff and faculty can log in using their UTORid and password. All other users can log in using their local account to register.
Please note that we do not offer make up lessons for missed classes. Refunds are only available before the second class.
In the event of a cancellation, no make-up classes will be offered. A refund for the cancelled class will be processes.

Note lessons will not be held on long weekends.
