Generally speaking, we hire for Fall/Winter in July and for Summer in April. However, some decisions may be made earlier or later than these time frames, depending on circumstances. Unexpected vacancies may arise at any time.
Unit 3 applications will be retained for 36 months. Persons who submit applications and CVs will receive email job postings for specific positions for the subsequent 36 months.
In accordance to the CUPE Local 3902 Unit 3 Collective Agreement, preference in hiring is given to qualified persons holding the rank of Writing Instructor II.
