A rope fraying in the middle

Wednesday, May 31, 2017
7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Deerfield Hall Café

University of Toronto Mississauga (MAP)

Most of us view stress, anxiety and failure as negative experiences which plague our lives and cause distress. What if there was another way to approach the trifecta which causes so much angst? Join Andrea Carter (BA, 2001), assistant dean, student wellness, support & success, to discuss stress symptoms, the partnership between stress and anxiety, and how failure can lead to success.

Over the past ten years, Andrea Carter has addressed institutional crisis and critical incident response at the University of Toronto. She holds a Masters of Counselling Psychology from the University of Western Ontario.
