How do children become caring and kind? Professor Tina Malti, clinical psychologist and founding director of the Laboratory for Social-Emotional Development and Intervention at U of T, examines how childhood is a crucial time to improve a person's caring and commitment. 

Using her latest research, Professor Malti provides new insights into child prosocial development and explains the fundamentals of how we can nurture children to become more caring and kind while decreasing exclusion, aggression and violence.
