Confused about cutlery and glassware? Polish up your skills at this interactive dinner with etiquette expert, Leanne Pepper. Pepper will walk you through dining etiquette with a focus on table manners and the finer points of formal dining at the prestigious Faculty Club at the University of Toronto. Bring your appetite and your sense of humour!

Tickets are $35 per person in advance. The first 20 registrants will receive a complimentary copy of Leanne Pepper's new book, From Backpack to Briefcase: Mastering Etiquette for Career and Personal Success.

Menu
Dinner rolls and fresh butter
Roasted butternut squash and pear soup
Salad panache with julienne vegetables and roasted grape tomatoes
Choice of entrée:
        Chicken supreme au jus served with roasted potatoes and medley of seasonal vegetables
        Moroccan vegetable tagine served with couscous (vegan/vegetarian)
Lemon posset with berry
Freshly brewed coffee and tea

Registration is closed. Tickets are non-refundable. Space is limited.

UTM students may use a valid TCard to take the UTM shuttle bus to and from the St. George campus. Alumni may purchase UTM Shuttle Bus tickets for $6 (one-way) at the ticket machine beside the Instructional Centre layby.
