Hosted by the U of T Mississauga Alumni Association Board of Directors and UTM Alumni Relations.
Join fellow UTM alumni and the UTM Alumni Association Board of Directors for a virtual annual general meeting to hear an overview of programming and achievements from the past year, as well as upcoming activities and opportunities for involvement. UTM alumni will also have an opportunity to participate in the election process for the 2026/2027 Board of Directors.
Voting at the UTMAA Annual General Meeting
Voting is voluntary and optional for members* of the UTM Alumni Association, but it's your way of participating in the meeting. If you wish to vote, you can either register to attend the meeting or appoint a proxy (such as the UTMAA President or someone else of your choosing) to attend and vote on your behalf. A proxy must be submitted at least 24 hours before the meeting. A proxy holder does not have to be a member of the UTMAA, however, the person granting the proxy must be a member.
*Membership automatically includes every alumna/alumnus of UTM and any individual who has successfully completed one year of full-time study or five (5) course equivalents and is no longer enrolled as a student at the University.

Alumni who wish to submit additional agenda items for consideration must do so no later than Tuesday, May 26, 2026 via the registration link above. The Chair of the meeting will determine if the proposed items present a legitimate item of business for the AGM. Information for the agenda items requiring a vote will be sent to meeting registrants before the AGM.

The University of Toronto Mississauga Alumni Association is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, which seeks to complement and support the efforts of UTM's leadership to engage alumni and students through meaningful and enriching experiences and to mobilize alumni in support of UTM's mission.
