Summer ACE Program Fees 

Program Options Amount

All-Inclusive ACE

  • includes residence, and meal plan on campus (3 meals per day on weekdays; 2 meals per day on weekends) 
Basic ACE $7,900

Payment Deadlines

Steps to registration
Step 1

A full or partial payment of $1,100 is due upon submitting your registration form.

Due to demand, students who miss this deadline will have their registration cancelled, and their spot will be granted to other students.

Step 2 

June 25 at 1:00 p.m. 
Deadline to pay the full balance of Summer ACE program fees for students who made a minimum payment of $1,100. 

  • Students who are unable to pay the full program fee may pay a non-refundable deposit of $1,100 to reserve their spot. 

  • Your registration in the ACE program will be complete once we receive your payment. 

Payment Options

Online Payment 

  • You can make your payment using a credit card online through the ACE@UTM Registration Form 
  • We accept the following credit card payments: VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.

In-Person Payments using Credit or Debit Card

  • Using credit card or debit, you can make a payment in person at the Office of the Registrar during our hours of operation.
  • We accept the following credit card payments: VISAMasterCardAmerican Express or Discover.

Bank Draft or Money Order 

  1. Place an order in Canadian funds payable to the University of Toronto.
  2. Print your full name and student number on the bank draft or money order. If this information is not included, your payment may not be processed.
  3. Submit your payment in person at the Office of the Registrar during our hours of operation, by mail, or courier to:

Confirmation of Your Payment

Once your payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent to you using the email address you listed on your registration form. 

Refund Schedule

If you are no longer able to participate in the Summer ACE program, you may submit a request to cancel your registration by submitting our Cancellation Form.

Refund amounts (minus the non-refundable deposit) will be issued to eligible students who request it by the dates outlined below.
