SASI will feature online asynchronous (pre-recorded videos and tip sheets) and online synchronous sessions (live webinars). 

SASI Quercus Module 
The module contains resources on assistive technology, stress management, test-taking strategies, effective note-taking, time management, and much more!  You can review these resources on your own time. 

SASI Live Webinars (Mon. Aug. 17 to Fri. Aug. 21) 
Please register for the live webinars using the form below.  The live webinars will provide you with the opportunity to ask questions, participate in activities, engage in meaningful discussions, and connect with your peers.  All sessions will be held online via Zoom.  The Zoom meeting ID and password will be emailed to you prior to the session.  Please ensure to login using the UTM Zoom Portal (login requires your UTORid) 

Co-Curricular Record (CCR)
SASI participants are eligible to receive a Co-Curricular Record (CCR) notation by completing the following requirements:

  1. Attend at least 6 out of the 10 session offerings (includes 5 mandatory and 1 elective session). 

    You must attend these five (5) mandatory sessions:
    Bouncing Back - The Importance of Resiliency      
    How to Read a Course Syllabus
    How to Create an Effective Study Plan
    Effective Note-taking Strategies
    Test-taking Strategies

         You must attend at least one (1) of these elective sessions:
         Introduction to Assistive Technology         
         Q&A with a UTM Librarian
         Ask a Career Counsellor!
         Wellness and Stress Management
         Virtual Board Game Cafe

2) Complete a reflection activity at the end of the program.
