Scholarships
The Rotary Club of Mississauga Lakeshore Scholarship in Economics
Awarded to a full-time Year II student with high academic standing, who
is enrolled in the Specialist Program in Economics. The winner is
required to enrol as a full-time student in Year III of the Specialist
Program in Economics at UTM.
2011 Recipient - Sandra Ramirez
The Harold Erstad Award
Awarded on the recommendation of the Faculty in Economics to the student
with the highest standing in ECO 244Y (Industrial Relations), Winter
Session at UTM, and with an otherwise satisfactory standing.
2011 Recipients - Amanda Watson and Shannon Hugh
The Michael J. Hare Award
Awarded on the recommendation of the Faculty in Economics to a UTM
student who has completed ECO 100Y with high standing. The student must
otherwise have high academic standing. Registration in Year II at UTM
and enrolment in the Specialist Program in Economics is a requirement of
this award.
