Note-Taking / Volunteer Services ______________________________________________________________
In order to receive note-taking services through the AccessAbility Resource Centre, students must have done the following:
- Provided the Centre with medical documentation or psycho-educational assessment.
- Have academic accommodations in place.
- Registered their courses with the Examination Coordinator
- Download the Course Registration Form and Note-Taking Request Form, complete it, and return it to the Test and Examinations Officer.
- Pick up note-taker volunteer packages and give one each to their instructors.
- Follow up with the Centre at 905-569-4699 or email accessvolunteers.utm@utoronto.ca to see if the packages have been returned to the Centre.
- Review returned packages and choose a note-taker.
- Follow up with the note-taker.
Volunteer Services
Services include:
- Library Assistant for students with visual or mobility disabilities.
- Reader for students with visual disabilities.
- Participation Support.

- Placed a request for volunteer services with the Centre.
