CCR Local Evaluation Committee Student Representative - Application Form

Fall/Winter: Student representatives are volunteers. The hours expected of a Student Representative are approximately 5 hours per month. Student Representatives will receive Co-Curricular Record (CCR) recognition and are provided with training and professional development opportunities. 

Position Summary:

The Student Representative will serve on the CCR Local Evaluation Committee. The main responsibility of the CCR Local Evaluation Committee is to evaluate CCR submissions on a number of criteria to ensure the opportunities on the CCR database promote learning and development for students. The CCR local evaluation Committee meets on average once a month to go through submissions and discuss any questions, comments, or concerns and based on the committee's discussion they will decide to approve, deny, or suggest edits to submissions. The Student Representative is responsible for reviewing CCR submissions and preparing feedback for the CCR Local Evaluation Committee meetings. 

Required Skills: 

  • Knowledge and experience using the CCR;
  • Knowledge of the campus and its resources.

Fall/Winter Responsibilities: 

  • Reviewing CCR submissions before Local Evaluation Meetings;
  • Attending monthly Local Evaluation Meetings;
  • Communicate with Local Evaluation Committee in timely manner
