Video Conferencing

Video conferencing (Room: DV-A1141D) is available via Ethernet IP connection at UTM.
Click the “ERIN Support and Booking” link, then select Video Conferencing Booking and fill in the required information.

Please allow at least 3 days advance notice so that we may organize a test conference with the remote site if necessary.

If there will be more than 8 people attending from your group, please indicate this in the section “Specify any special requests and/or additional notes in the space provided:”, a larger room may be required.

We do not provide connections via ISDN. If the remote site cannot support Ethernet IP connections, we will try to work with you to find an alternate solution.
