Reading Week Study Boot Camp

Every Fall and Winter Reading Week at UTM, Academic Coaching Program hosts a Study Bootcamp. This popular event is all about a productive AND fun day on campus. In fact, the idea is that you will have fun as you are working hard! The Bootcamp is designed to help you get into balanced and efficient work and study habits and promote overall well-being and stress management. Wondering what it is all about?  

  • Study in short time intervals to help you increase concentration and efficiency 
  • Between study intervals, try various activities including mini-workout, meditation and more
  • Learn how to support your well-being with the UTM Health and Counselling Centre
  • Enjoy free snacks and drinks
  • Connect to other UTM students and meet new friends
