The Project

2 projects are available!

  • The first opportunity allows a group of students to work with Volunteer MBC on researching volunteerism from the student perspective. At the end of the year students will present their findings to the Board of Directors at Volunteer MBC and be able to make suggestions for ways to improve how to involve students in the benefits of volunteering in their community
  • The second project is in celebration of Canada's 150th birthday which will take place over the 2017 year. Students working on this project will have the chance to develop a program for UTM to capture how we can celebrate our community engagement in the Peel Region during Canada's 150th birthday. These students will have the chance to implement the program starting in January 2017
