ROPAPP opens to instructors to begin submitting project proposals

| Friday, February 17 |
Deadline for online submission of project proposals.

| Wednesday February 22 |
All accepted project descriptions will be available through the ROPAPP for students to begin submitting application(s) online.

| Monday February 27 |
ROP Fair – Student Centre (Presentation Room/Great Hall) from 12:00-2:00pm
|
| Friday, March 9 |
EXTENDED Deadline for students to submit application(s) through the ROPAPP.NOTE: ROPAPP will close to students at 11:59pm.

| Friday March 16 |
Instructor DEADLINE to select students for SUMMER projects.
|
|
Tues. Mar. 20- |
SUMMER students to be loaded into their approved ROP courses with a signed ROP Contract.
|
| May |
Students admitted to the SUMMER projects can begin work.
|
| Friday May 4 |
Instructor DEADLINE to select students for FALL/WINTER projects.
|
|
Mon. May 7 - Fri. May 25 |
FALL/WINTER students to be loaded into their approved ROP courses with a signed ROP Contract.

| IMPORTANT TO NOTE: |
Students selected to participate will be notified automatically via email through the ROPAPP.
|
|
Students cannot begin work until the contract has been agreed upon & signed through the ROPAPP by all three parties: The student, the instructor and the Chair.
|
|
|
Selected students will be automatically registered on ROSI during the registration periods for both the SUMMER and FALL/WINTER sessions.
